🗳️IDO Participation

Hinox launchpad will feature a three level allocation system which are DAO Executive Round, Stakers round and Community Rounds. Two of these rounds (DAO executive and Stakers) comes with an option for spot reservation which serves the purpose of automated execution of buy orders and a check method for making sure guaranteed allocation are redeemed. The community round is strictly based on FCFS and would only hold when there are unsold token from DAO and Stakers rounds. The allocated for tier levels is determined by the pool weight of each tiers:

Tier 1- DOA Executive Round:Guaranteed (10% Maximum pool Allocation)

Tier 2- Stakers Round:Guaranteed (90% Maximum Pool Allocation)

Tier 3 -Community Rounds-Unsold token from Excutives and Stakers Rounds-FCFS

Round 1-DAO Exec. ROUND(Guaranteed)

The DOA Executive round is the first round in the HiPad sales round with option for spot Reservation / guarantee spot. This round is strictly available to for DAO contributors and have the highest allocation in every sales

Round 2- Staking Round(Guaranteed)

The Staking round will be available to every address that are staking and got registered before the IDO starts. This round also features the spot Reserve/ guarantee spot.

Round 3 -Community (FCFS ONLY)

Community round will be last Sales round in the Hi-launchpad. This round will be open to anyone who wishes to participate,You don't need to be registered or be a staker to participate. All unsold tokens-if any, from the both Guaranteed round would be pooled here to be sold and it's based on FCFS.

What is Spot Reservation?

Reserved/ guarantee Spot is an option for automatic execution of your buy order once the IDO starts,You may not available/active on the HiPad platform and be rest assured that your buy order will be executed automatically by the smart contract immediately the IDO starts. When you reserve a spot, the amount you wished to spend on that very sale is locked in the smart contract till the sales starts. This is to ensure that participants who have reserved a spot redeems their reservation.
